FOOD GRADE GRIPPER NEEDED FOR CHEESE HANDLING

CHALLENGE

A food packaging customer needed a food-grade gripper that could pick and place packaged cheese products. The gripper selected would need to tolerate high pressure cleaning with aggressive detergent.

SOLUTION

Destaco’s standard food grade, FUA Gripper, approved by the food industry, was selected for this application. Since this gripper is standard within Destaco’s product line, the customer was able to receive the gripper and start their production in a very short time frame.

RESULTS

The customer increased their productivity quickly and was able to follow the strong cleaning requirements established by the food industry.
