CHALLENGE
Index 50lb a distance of 36 inches every 30 seconds.
SOLUTION
DESTACO proposed a CAMCO 12in link Heavy-Duty Precision Link carousel style conveyor, with a center distance of 168 inches, driven by a CAMCO 1301RD indexer to index 3 links at a time. This was driven by a 5.5HP SEW DRN112M4 gear motor. This whole system was mounted onto a welded steel base frame.
RESULTS
The customer has a solution that will move a total of 600lb over 12 stations.
